Help and Tips
- Instructions for printing new and improved snowflake pattern images. As of 6/19/2010, all snowflake patterns have been re-worked to make the images cleaner and crisper and in many cases, easier to cut out. The folding patterns are also larger so you may have to re-adjust your printer settings.
- Instructions for Printing Images:
You can print directly from the website by clicking directly on the image, then selecting the browser's print feature. To get the largest possible print, however, save the image to your PC and open it with your graphics program. The "landscape" setting will give you the largest image print.
- Script Errors:
If you are receiving script error messages, it might be because Internet Explorer's browser (other than XP) javascript script settings are set to display these errors. To turn these error messages off, go to your "Tools" "Internet Options" "Advanced" and then select the box that says "Disable Script Debugging."
- Downloading Graphics:
To download any graphic image, click on the image to view or print without the page formatting.
- PC Users:
To download an image, right-click your mouse on the image and select save.
- MAC Users:
Click and hold mouse button down on an image. Select "download to disk"
- Navigation:
To navigate through the images, use the right-hand navigation bar to select high-level categories. The sub categories will display with thumbnail images linking to individual designs within the category.
How to Turn Javascript Off for Presentations or Classroom Use
Scissorcraft web sites are entirely funded through advertising revenue, however, Scissorcrafts sites are also completely accessible too, which means they all work without javascript.
If you prefer not to view any ads, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome browsers allow users to easily disable javascript, I.E is not so easy.
if you find an objectionable or obnoxious advertisment, please let me know ASAP. I can and do block ads that are inappropriate for children.
